Return Policy

When buying products and services at Miss Tram, you should note some of the following information and policies on exchange and return.


A. Conditions of exchange:

- Exchanged goods must have original stamps, labels, unused and accompanied by purchase invoices.

- Time to exchange goods within 07 days from the date of purchase.

– Customers can exchange products upon request

- Exchange only applies to products with full price or discounted in the form of gift cards (Purchase cards, VIP cards...). Do not exchange products sold in the promotion program if the company has a policy that cannot exchange or return goods, or the goods have been exchanged once before, unless the product is faulty again.

B. Exchange value:

- Exchanged products must be of equal or higher value than previously purchased goods.

C. Time to settle the exchange

- Products exchanged immediately, resolved within 01 day (24 hours)

D. Cases of refusal to exchange goods:

– Does not meet the conditions of exchange as mentioned above

– Goods look new, with tags still intact but there are signs of dirt, scratches, accessories of the goods are no longer complete or damaged by factors outside the store after purchase.


Miss Tram will not accept returns for money under any circumstances.
