EUROPEAN STANDARD MICROBLADING BROTHROOM TECHNIQUE:

  1. What Is Sculpture?

This is an advanced technology of eyebrow threading, which is currently a popular trend among young people. This technique does not put ink into the skin with a conventional tattoo machine, but uses extremely small needles that are assembled together and carved into the skin to bring ink in. This new method can be applied to both men and women to help overcome defects such as: missing, missing the tail or tip of the eyebrow, the eyebrow area is empty - scar needs to be covered with hairs.

Microblading eyebrows is the English name of this technique in European countries. In Vietnam, this technique is called with the most literal name Mieu - Sculpture. Those are technical names. In addition, in the field of this technical service, there are different names such as: 3D - 6D eyebrow sculpture, 9D eyebrow threading technology, 9D plucking sculpting technology.

  1. Who Should & Shouldn't Sculpt Eyebrows

Objects to be sculpted:

Sculpting eyebrows is suitable for those who have thin, light eyebrows and no eyebrow tails. This technique does not create a border around the eyebrows, so the eyebrows after sculpting have a natural beauty like real eyebrows. In particular, male customers can also perform this technique without worrying about revealing cosmetic traces.

Those who have lost part of their eyebrows due to burns, injuries, scars from accidents, brow lift surgery, etc.

Objects that should not be sculpted:

  • Pregnant women at 8 months onwards.
  • People with severe diabetes.
  1. The Difference Between Sculpture And Spray Embroidery

Both of these methods bring beautiful and sharp eyebrows. However, these two methods of beautifying eyebrows have the following differences:

Different from the old embroidery technique, Microblading eyebrows is a way to carve fibers, finely knit alternately in places where the eyebrows are sparse and empty for further engraving. The ink line follows the growth path of the real eyebrows in a smooth, rhythmic way. Microblading fills in imperfections, bringing complete and natural beauty to the face. Those who are not observant can hardly detect it as artificial eyebrows.

Microblading is a very difficult fiber art that requires a high level of skill and understanding of the skin, ink, and force and depth of the skin. When teaching, teachers will emphasize on the deep part, each layer under the skin. All tattoo establishments with insufficient knowledge and non-standard techniques cannot succeed with Microblading.

Advantage:

As a new method in the field of eyebrow aesthetics, eyebrow sculpting has many advantages:

  • The equipment is very simple, just an engraving handle and an engraving knife. This means that the sterilization of tools is easier and more thorough, minimizing the transmission of diseases to customers;
  • Minimize pain and cause less bleeding for guests. The specialist will use the blade to carve lightly on the skin, can completely control the depth, so it does not cause much damage on the skin surface, causes less bleeding, so it does not cause changes in ink color later;
  • This is the only method that brings the natural beauty close to the real eyebrows, very suitable for customers who have too thin eyebrows, or because of the error of having to cut off all or part of their eyebrows and especially It is very suitable for the elderly customers.

How to Make Sculpting:

1. Support tools

(carving knife handle, blade, engraving ink, anesthetic, cotton wool, ...)

The thin blade is used to sculpt 2 plugs with different functions. One pen helps you to get straight brows, and one pen helps to sculpt curved brows.

Sculpting kit includes a slim blade for flexible attachment to 3 sculpting pen tips:

  • A pen with a dedicated blade tip for key strokes with each medium and long arched brow
  • A pen tip with a design that helps the blade sculpt small curved eyebrows mày

3. Implementation process:

Step 1: Examination and consultation: Cosmetologists help customers understand how to make and choose eyebrow colors to suit the face.

Step 2: Clean the eyebrow area and numb the area. Incubate for 15-25 minutes depending on how thin or thick the client's skin is

Step 3: Sculpting: Do not contour the eyebrow frame like spray.

  • Create a thread at the top of the eyebrow first with a circular engraving blade so that the eyebrow thread is soft and slightly curved at the tip
  • Then you engrave to the top and tail so that the engraved eyebrow is soft and lies down in the direction of the customer's real eyebrow
  • Then move on to carving the belly of the eyebrow
  • Use the diagonal carving knife to put the ink into each eyebrow strand from head to tail again so that the ink is evenly absorbed into each eyebrow strand and minimize the eyebrow after peeling.

Step 4: Clean the eyebrow area just sculpted, apply Vaseline to lock the ink color and avoid infection.

*Notes on Sculpting Techniques:

  • The eyebrow sculpting technique creates natural eyebrows, without the surrounding frame, which can be offset between the real eyebrows, helping to create a more natural-looking eyebrow shape. Because sculpting each eyebrow rather than spraying an entire surface, this is the only technique that helps you have super natural eyebrows.
  • The angles between the hairs are formed very small and follow the natural growth of the real eyebrow hair. The 9D sculpting technique is that the hair is created to look natural and lifelike, and if you just look at it normally, you can't tell if you have cosmetic intervention.
  • The eyebrow hairs not only go parallel but also have a fiber formula: single fiber, short and long double fiber, herringbone fiber, fence, wave fiber ...
  • The eyebrow peeling process after sculpting is about 3-5 days. After 1 month the color will be stable, the yarn will be sharper

Manipulation:

  • Install the blade at an angle of 25 degrees to the handle and the tip of the blade facing up
  • Hold the knife firmly, with the other hand, use 2 thumbs and index fingers to slightly stretch the straight skin, so that the engraving is smooth and even, the ink penetrates the skin more easily.
  • The force of the right hand is decisive, the wrist is relaxed, the tip of the knife is about 0.5mm deep into the skin, the walking speed is slow and the force is moderate, carving and creating strands in the direction of the customer's hair, single or double yarn, staggered yarn must match rational and orderly
  • When making skin incisions, be careful: cut to where the ink must penetrate there, so the new lines are clear and beautiful. The distance between the threads is about 0.5mm, when the yarn is peeled, the engraving is usually larger
  • Check whether the eyebrows have eaten ink by lightly marking the engraving, if there is no ink or the color is still light, use a diagonal knife to carve in the opposite direction. Then use the tip of a toothpick to take a sufficient amount of ink to spread across the width of the eyebrow thread that has just been carved so that the ink is evenly absorbed into the eyebrow fiber. Next, use a cotton ball to wipe it over to see if the color has been eaten evenly, if not, you will do the same again.
  • At the top of the eyebrows, the skin is thin, we should use a round, U-shaped knife to go around the curve and avoid bleeding a lot
